Refund Policy
CreatorBatch does not offer refunds for any subscription plans. All sales are final. This policy applies to both monthly and annual CreatorBatch PRO subscriptions.
We encourage all users to take advantage of our free tier before upgrading to PRO. Our free plan allows you to test all our tools with daily limits, giving you a complete understanding of our service quality and functionality before making any financial commitment.
Why no refunds? As a digital service providing immediate access to premium features, and due to the nature of our processing capabilities, we cannot offer refunds once you've gained access to PRO features.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your CreatorBatch PRO subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Canceling is simple and can be done in just a few clicks without contacting support.
Step-by-Step Cancellation Process:
- Access Your Account: Log into your CreatorBatch account and navigate to your account settings page.
- Manage Subscription: Click the "Manage Plan" or "Manage Subscription" button. This will redirect you to the secure Stripe Customer Portal.
- Cancel Subscription: In the Stripe portal, you'll see your current subscription details. Click "Cancel subscription" and follow the prompts.
- Confirm Cancellation: Review the cancellation details and confirm your decision. You'll receive an email confirmation.
Important: After canceling, you'll continue to have PRO access until the end of your current billing period. For example, if you cancel on day 10 of your monthly subscription, you'll keep PRO features until day 30.
