By accessing and using CreatorBatch, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Service Description
CreatorBatch provides professional online image and video processing tools including:
- Batch watermarking for multiple images with text and logo overlays
- Video carousel creation from image collections with custom transitions
- Batch image resizing to professional print formats with DPI control
- Support for all major image formats (JPEG, PNG, WebP, BMP, GIF)
- Export capabilities for social media, print, and web use
Usage Limits
Free Users: Access to all tools with reasonable usage limits to ensure fair access for all users.
PRO Users: Unlimited access to all tools with enhanced features, higher processing limits, and priority support.
Usage limits are designed to prevent abuse while allowing genuine creative work. Limits reset daily and are enforced fairly across all users.
Content and Privacy
Your files and creative content are completely secure with CreatorBatch. We do not store your images, videos, or other media files on our servers. We never sell your data to third parties or use your content for any purpose other than providing our services. You retain full ownership and control of your content at all times.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use CreatorBatch to:
- Process content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights
- Create content that is harmful, offensive, or illegal
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
- Use the service for commercial purposes beyond normal business use
Payment and Subscriptions
PRO subscriptions are processed through Stripe and billed monthly.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of payment.
Limitation of Liability
CreatorBatch is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our service, including but not limited to data loss or service interruptions.
